On Monday, Sept. 18, 2017, the NFA launched an updated individual application process in its Online Registration System (ORS). The updated individual application process includes additional help text, streamlines navigation, modernizes design, and incorporates a new electronic disclosure matter processing system. This system implementation will not affect any completed individual applications, however incomplete applications have been deleted. An archived version of a webinar and transcript that explains functionality of the new individual application process will be available on NFA’s website in late September
