Due to the ongoing CoVid-19 pandemic, the NFA had granted relief of the fingerprinting requirement for registrants, principals, and associated persons.

The relief was originally scheduled to expire on July 23, 2020.  However, relief from fingerprint processing has now been extended through September 30, 2020 or the date of which NFA makes a public notification that it has resumed the requirement.

Once the fingerprint requirement resumes, all registrants and applicants that are relying on this relief will have to submit fingerprints to the NFA within thirty days of NFA announcing the resumption of fingerprint processing.
