Partnership Returns Form 1065:

• Original Due Date: March 15
• Extension Due Date: September 15

S Corp (calendar year) Form 1120S

• Original Due Date:  March 15
• Extension Due Date:  September 15

Trust and Estate Form 1041

• Original Due Date: April 15
• Extension Due Date:  September 30

C Corporation (calendar year) Form 1120

• Original Due Date:  April 15
• Extension Due Date:  September 15 (note: due date before Jan 1, 2026)
• Extension Due Date:  October 15 (note: due date after Dec 31, 2025)

C Corp Fiscal year End other than Dec 31 or June 30

• Original Due Date:  15th day of 4th month after year-end
• Extension Due Date:  10th month after year-end

Individual Form 1040

• Original Due Date:  April 15
• Extension Due Date:  October 15
